The Guardian presents this list of DOs and DON’Ts for running:
- Do practise running lightly and quietly
- Don’t allow your head to bob or roll
- Do vary the speed of your runs
- Don’t avoid hills
- Do lengthen your stride
- Don’t allow your wrists to flap around
