StepMania is the open source alternative to Dance Dance Revolution. It has a thriving community of users and tweakers who are constantly adding new music and effects to keep exercise exciting, fun and different.
USB dance pad hardware can be purchased inexpensively and the application runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows.
