Make an American cancer Society car donation

One of our pet charities here at HHDC is the American Cancer Society. I have had several people in my life pass on from cancer, including my mother-in-law. Because we believe so strongly in the ACS, we are encouraging our readers to make an American Cancer Society car donation.

For those unfamiliar, an American Cancer Society car donation is basically a legal tax break to you that benefits the ACS. You give your used car, RV or boat to the ACS, they sell for a profit, and (if you qualify) you get a write-off on your taxes. Needless to say, we recommend checking to see if you’d qualify for the write-off first!
