		<description>It's funny, I've heard recently of nutritionists who recommend for diabetics that they avoid fruit and cereal and milk for breakfast and stick to eggs!  So at least breakfast may be starting to have more of a consensus as a prescribed low-carb meal, if you can believe it!</description>
